Do I need to know a lot about Spanish law?
The short answer to this is no. Our team has over 20 years of experience in the Spanish Legal system. We know Spanish law inside out – so you don’t have to.
How do Spanish law and British law differ?
Unfortunately, Spanish laws can seem like a very complicated process in comparison to British laws. Spanish laws can sometimes seem more difficult to tackle, as there appears to be less support for the victim than in Britain. This is seen through shows that advocate victims shown on mainstream British television. This means that going through Spanish law can be a difficult process, even if you speak fluent Spanish! So having a secure team of solicitors is paramount in having an efficient service.
